  1. man.. of all things they could have spent the tax dollars on.. books for the schools.. shelters for the homeless… fixing the roads.. something other then covering up a legendary piece art with a big ugly blob of buff…. im sorry to hear they removed this piece man.. it maybe gone.. but everyone who is everyone knows and will always know about the LA river piece..
